# Staked SGT (xSGT)

SGT can be staked as xSGT to earn a share of platform revenues. These revenues are derived from the sale of bonds, fees generated from Protocol Owned Liquidity (POL), performance fees on leveraged yield farming, funding rates on credit account trading, and liquidations. Liquidity providers, the baseplate source of all revenues, are incentivized to provide capital through eSGT emissions.
